The print quality has to be set to best and it then uses the color ink. I’ve changed the B&W cartridge twice, nothing wrong with it. It goes through all the motions but doesn’t print. On normal setting sometimes you get a little garbled print, but on draft quality, nothing at all. I’ve done all the cleaning and checks.
