was the computer cleaned or the printer or both? if it was the printer only that got cleaned then take it back to whoever cleaned it if it does not power up.
if you had your hard drive “cleaned” then you may need to reinstall the driver so that the OS can see and talk to the printer. i would also make sure that everything else you expect to be on the hard drive is there and functioning properly.
before you do any of that check the basics. does the wall outlet have power/did you blow a breaker? if you are using a power strip then switch outlets and see what happens. any decent surge strip will have a reset button on it so you can try that too.
do you have the power cord plugged in tight in all places?
lol, just as a joke, if it is night time are the street lights on or did you lose power?? BELIEVE IT OR NOT SOME PEOPLE CALL TECH SUPPORT AND AFTER 20 MINUTES THEY FINALLY TELL THEM THAT…. THE STORY ABOUT “MY COFFEE CUP HOLDER WON’T WORK” (CD TRAY IS BROKEN) IS REAL!!!!!!
0. turn on print
1. try with another USB port on computer
2. usb port maybe loose
3. try with another computer
4. plug print to computer => go to Device Manager => go to Print then UNINSTALL it => restart computer ( maybe computer detect after restart )

“Cleaning” your computer probably deleted the driver for it . Go to hp.com for the driver for your OS.
