Why Does Windows Always Shut Down My Installation Of My Hp Photosmart Printer?

i have disable all firewalls and everything
the model is HP Photo Smart C5540
i have already tried installing the drivers from hp.com

let’s try again step by step: go out cable for your printer. go to http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softw… , select your system operating , click download your driver and your software , after download click run for driver , install your software . connect cable for your printer and restart your pc . ctrl+P - print test page . good luck !
