Why Does My Hp Printer Keep Saying Paper Jam When There Is No Paper Even Near It Let Alone Inside?

Hi. I have one of those HP Photosmart All-In-One printers and it keeps on saying paper jam when there is absolutely no paper in it. I tried cleaning the rollers and downloading a new driver but none of that has worked. Has anyone else had this problem with this brand of printer?

There could be something stuck inside that’s making the rollers jam, which it why it says paper jam. Try moving the rollers around to loosen it.

I am having the same problem with my HP 3650. In my case, it seems like something might have happened to the tape that the print cartridge is on, as that seems to be noisier.
I am open to suggestions too.
