When Trying To Re-install My Photosmart 7260 Printer?

The puter tells me that the file Hpzr3209 is missing… What can I do to correct the problem? I did try to reload from the website then I found the cd… and tried it? And it tells the the same thing… what can I do to correct the problem?
This is on the HP Printers…

Go to your hardware profiles under system in the control panel. See if it’s there at all. Check your cables. Restart the computer after an install. If this doesn’t work, go to add-remove programs in the control panel and remove the software. Go to printers and remove it if it’s there too. Turn off the computer. Make sure the printer is connected and on. Turn computer on. Computer should say it found new hardware. Install from the cd that came with it. If this doesn’t work, drink a six-pack and call customer support in the morning.
