HP Deskjet printer buying guide

Hi i wanted to ask some advice,
i recently bought a new laptop with windows 7, i use to have another with XP. My concern is that i have a hp photosmart c4380, i tried to install the cd from my printer to the new laptop and a message appeared saying it does not support the new windows, does this mean i need to buy a new printer that supports windows 7?
another thing i have not seen any new printers that require the new windows 7, as it is still fairly new since comming out,please could you be so kind and explain or any adice. thanks

I have an hp PSC 2410 photosmart all-in-one printer.For the past 10 days the printer doesnt seem to work.when i push the “ON” button it first starts the normal why it should start then it makes noises and I cant print or scan anything.Could someone help me in fixing this problem??

I have had Vista for a year now and have been unsuccessful in using Internet Explorer. My IP suggested I use Mozilla FireFox, which is okay for some things. I can’t get most websites to load. It just sits there loading forever. I can’t even get on to the HP site to download the drive for my photosmart printer. This is so frustrating for myself! I just want to be able to use Internet Explorer!!
