HP Deskjet printer buying guide

I am planning on buying the HP mini, the one that verizon sells, but I will be getting it from best buy or Sam’s. Now the thing is it only has two USB ports and I am wondering if I got the hub (the circular thing at best buy with USB ports surrounding it) would it be to much for the netbook. I am also thinking about hooking up a portable hard drive to it to strengthen the netbook. Can you get more memory installed? Also I will be hooking up a dvd rom thing to it, but my question is if I hook that up can I install my HP Photosmart printer disc onto the netbook with the dvd player thing? Can I download Norton 360 as well? On top of that I want to download windows vista home premium onto the netbook can I do that? Will all of this hurt the netbook or run all the memory out very quick because these are some serious things I want done before I will be happy…

You’d think a $300 printer wouldn’t have a problem with Staples best print paper. Yes, I’ve done the touble shooter as I watch my life pass by. Can I anchor a boat with it this fishing season?

I want the printer to print, the scanner to scan. I can update the printer myself. I want as few programs running in the background as possible.
In Programs and Features (I have vista) there is HP Customer Participation 8.0, HP Deskjet F4200 All-in-One Driver Software 11.0 Rel. .3, HP Driver Diagnostics, HP Imaging Device Functions 11.0, HP OCR Software 8.0, HP Photosmart essential, HP Photosmart esential 3.0, Hp Photosmart, Officejet, PSC and Deskjet Driver Software 8.0, HP Print Diagnostic Utility, HP Product detection, Hp smart web printing, hp solution center 11.0, hp update, hpssupply.
Note: I used to have an HP PSC printer.

a4 os the standrd size double that you get a3 and double again a2. if you type in a3 hp desktop printer in your search engine you will get alot of results below is just one

Which one should I get if I want a printer where you can put a memory stick duo in too and do the printing, copying, scanning in color? And the the quality like, really nice?
I’ve been looking at a HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer (CD035A#ABA), a HP – Photosmart Wireless Multifunction Printer/ Copier/ Scanner Model: C4795, and a Canon – PIXMA Wireless Multifunction Printer/ Copier/ Scanner Model: MP620B. The first one at target and the last two at best buy.
Are any of them any good?
or are there better?
