When I print from one of my computers, the printer doesn’t respond, but there is no error message. The other computers work fine though. On the print menu, beside status, it says that there are nine documents waiting. Why isn’t it printing these documents.
I cannot print with this printer, the red light from the button with the picture of a printer on it just glows. A solution to this problem would be much appreciated.
