how can I obtain a download to my computer from your hp deskjet 3820 printer cd ?

I bought the HP F4240 printer yesterday. It came with a disk that said “HP Deskjet F4200 series.” I installed it and at first it worked but today it stopped working. I uninstalled it and installed it again but it still doesn’t work. On a document, after i click Print, then dialogue box pops up but after i click ok it doesn’t print. Also, sometimes a window pops up that says “Subsystem…something something”

Ok here is my case. I have a HP Photosmart C5280 connected directly to my Windows Desktop via USB. My Desktop gets Internet connectivity via an Ethernet connection to a Network Hub that is connected to a router/VoiP Box which is then connected directly to the modem.
Let me run that again,
Modem — VoiP Box/Router — NetGear Switch — Desktop PC &&& Belkin Pre-N Wireless Router.
My issue that I need support with is this:
I want my laptop [Macbook Pro running Tiger] to be able to print wirelessly to that printer.
Can anyone be of assistance, I would really appreciate your help.

P.S. I have both laptop and desktop configured with static ip’s.

I’m trying to access the C5180 thru an apple airport with no success. I previously owned a hp 6110 that DID work with the airport. I am all MAC OS 10.4.7. I’m wondering if there are any fixes available.
