HP Deskjet printer buying guide

Ok, so yesterday my printer (HP Photosmart C3180) randomly took a piece of paper, (i didnt tell anything to print) it took a while, and it didnt have anything on it when it came out except 2 spots of ink.
It did it again today, just now. And the ink was in exactly the same place as yesterday.
At first I thought it was just clearing itself or something, but its never done this before and it did it yesterday and today.
Anyone know whats up? I hope my pc hasnt been hijacted or anything, theres no other executable files running than their usually is.
Is this my printer just going wrong? OR should I be worried?

I need help with my HP DeskJet 6127. I do not have the owner’s manual and I was wondering if I could find one online for free. Does anyone have any ideas?
What I need to know is how to load envelopes into the printer. Everytime I do so, they come out blank (and yes, there’s ink in the cartridges).

My printer was working fine yesterday. I go to turn it on to print something this evening and it won’t turn on and I’m not PC savy to know where to go to check the printer status and if I’m able to fix the problem. The printer is only a little over a year old. My PC is working just fine. I have a Microsoft Windows Vista program, a Gateway PC and an HP Photosmart printer. How do I get the printer back online? I’ve checked all connections. Is there a way to “reboot” the printer? Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.

I have a compaq and an hp deskjet 3600 printer, when i try to print something it wont print, the light on the printer keeps blinking. When i try to delete it it wont delete and the computer has to be restarted in order for it to delete (sometimes it wont even delete itself). Its really frustrating, can anyone suggest anything?

Okay, I bought this new printer a few weeks ago. It’s a all-in-one hp officejet 6500. I installed it, and apparently threw away my manual with my box, or misplaced it. However, I looked up the manual online and it was absolutely NO help what-so-ever! I am trying to scan some old pictures onto my computer [[ WHOLE POINT OF BUYING THIS PRINTER TO BEGIN WITH ]] however, when i hit scan or start scan it makes a noise and says “NO SCAN OPTIONS , PRESS OK. ” Well in the trouble shooting section of the manual it states, if it says that then you didn’t install your printer right. So, I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it! It prints and copies..just won’t scan. I went to scanners and printers, and the scanner is on there. I even ran a diagnostic test and it said it was successfull! I’m so close to chunking this thing out my window it is ridiculous..i have fought with it for over a week! Does anyone have any suggestions or know anything about this specific printer..or if there is a step I am missing maybe?!?!?! I would greatly appreciate it..and you would help keep me sane. haha.
