HP Deskjet printer buying guide

i have an hp photosmart 7760 printer wiht a memory card slot to load pictures. normally, when you put a memory card in there, something pops up on the computer to load and save them. now, nothing happens but pictures display on that little screen on the printer. i’m trying to load my pictures, and i can’t. help!?!?!?

I don’t know does it? It would be pretty obvious.
