HP Deskjet printer buying guide

I was trying to print a test page for my printer and it printed something else. But since it did print something else I know that it will print. So I went to the print queue box to cancel the job. And now under the status section of the job it says deleting - printing. It won’t clear off so I can print something else. Its HP Deskjet 3845. I just need to know how to how to clear it. I tried Cancel all and everything and it still wont go away.

I have a HP Deskjet 9800 and I lost my installation CD to it so I can’t install it on my new computer does anyone know where i can get this installation CD for free or does anyoneone know where i can buy it. (NOT FROM ONLINE THOUGH)

I need two sets of passport photos(not to used for a passport, but to submit to the USCIS for an I-103 application for my wife) and I would like to create my own, rather than paying Walgreen’s or CVS their ridiculous fee. I understand the specs ie: 2×2, plain white background, etc, but does anyone know the basics in how to do this. Obviously, if one knows what they are doing, it’s got to be a breeze. I have a digital camera, HP Windows XP and a HP Photosmart 2575xi printer. At least if you could tell me how to edit them for later printing. The set up and all. Thank You so much

I have windows vista on my Acer Extensa 5420, and I have a HP Photosmart C4280 printer with a C4200 #6 scanner.
I have about 200 pages to scan, and it takes really long to scan each page. I need to scan each one as fast as possible. I am trying to edit the settings but the vista settings make it very tedious and annoying to modify the speed.
I know when I had this printer/scanner hooked up to an old dell with windows XP I could change it where the scanner scans the image in black and white and it came out so much faster.
