Hp Deskjet 3845 Has Printed “double” Letter/s Or Number/s On The Left Side?

I have printed a document from HP Deskjet 3845 printer on Windows XP Printer Test Page and I noticed that on the right side of paper, there are double letters that is like a shadow. For example: “… you have correctly installed youur HP Deskjet” & “…port settiings.” The text shows that it has an extra ‘u’ or ‘i’ on ‘your’ and ’settings. How to fix it? Any help will be appreciated 
Whenever I Print One Of My Invites For My Wedding The Black Letters Look A Little Fuzzy Why?

I am using a HP photosmart 7760 printer and printing at maximum DPI i made the invites with adobe photoshop elements 6.0 and they are .PSD files if that helps
