HP Deskjet printer buying guide

hey guys.. i started burning a lot of dvds and games
but i wanted to label them (instead of sharpie)…
ive heard lightscribe is pretty bad with color and it looks so bland..
but ive also heard the dvd printing is amazing.. like the quality is really good..
currently, i have a Hp Photosmart C4580. Do I really need to buy a new epson printer just for dvd printing?? or is there some cartridge i can add to my Hp Photosmart thatll allow me to print dvds/cds??

my printer would print the first 1/4 of the picture the normal color, but the rest would be a shade of purple! I just changed my cartilage a few days ago so i don’t know why this is happening.

i have a mac laptop, and i just bought a hp photosmart c5280 all-in-one printer, installed the drivers from te cd and all of them from the website, they all only let me install drivers for the C5200 which is pretty close to my printer as far as model number When i got to print stuff, th efirst page is wierd sybols and a couple words about adobe and and stuff and it prints it in a line but a desending line. I need help, is my rinter jsut wack and need a new one? or is macs just suck at printers.??

I have a Hewett Packard All in One Photosmart 4400 series it is a c4480 model . I would like to find just the instructions on refilling the ink cartridges myself at home I do not want to have to buy another refill kit just to get the instructions where can I find this type of info. (My husband threw them out by accident bless his little heart :} ) so now I’m left with a refill kit and no idea on how to do it. Once again I have a HP photosmart all in one printer scanner and copier Model/ series C4480. Please help me ——- The HP web sit does not offer any info that I could find. with out re buying a new refill kit which I would like to avoid having to do!

i have an windows xp pro and the printer is a hp photosmart p1000 i install with a windows default driver becouse the original driver from hp.com does’t work, i send a print and it just turn the paper that mind that the printer recieve the signal but don’t print what can i do
