When you scan the document in, make sure you are using the HP Solution center software. OPen it, scan and then, you will have the option to save. You need to use that software tht was installed for it or Adobe Photoshop.
hey guys.. i started burning a lot of dvds and games
but i wanted to label them (instead of sharpie)…
ive heard lightscribe is pretty bad with color and it looks so bland..
but ive also heard the dvd printing is amazing.. like the quality is really good..
currently, i have a Hp Photosmart C4580. Do I really need to buy a new epson printer just for dvd printing?? or is there some cartridge i can add to my Hp Photosmart thatll allow me to print dvds/cds??

Change the ink cartridge.
Go to the HP website and download a fresh copy of the driver and printing application. The one you have may be corrupt
