I’d suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer driver. This should reset your settings back to the factory settings.
Able to print 1 document and then it quit indicating there was a problem with the spool. What is a spool and can I fix it myself? How do I fix it?
well if it has a scanner on it. after you plug into your computer go to your “my computer” and see if you can right click on the printer icon and see if there’s “scan using wizard” or something like that. thats how i use my scanner because of some incompatibility problems.

You need OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to convert the image created by you scanner to an editable text document. You scanner may have come with one on the disc. If you just want to manipulate the image file directly paint or other image editors will let you do that.
