HP Deskjet printer buying guide

after clicking the mouse a number of times to get it going and have changed the no. of copies to 1; it just won’t stop until i just turn it off. But, when I turn it back on to print something it continues from where it left off. How do you delete previous commands. I know that each mouse click = 1 copy,right?

Try reseting the printer. Do the following:
1. Verify that the unit is switched on. Unplug the all-in-one from power and disconnect the connection port.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Plug in the power only.
4. Repeat steps 2-4 two more times.
5. On the third time after plugging the unit into power, reconnect the connection port from the all-in-one to your computer.
Then reset the printer to the factory settings
1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on.
2. Press and hold # and 6 while plugging in the power cord.
This should reset everything and get you back up and running.

PLEASE HELP!

What happens is that since i cannot delete the document in que.Everytime, I want to print a new document I get a print of the previous document in que.How do I delete the document in que suppose I haven’t finished printing all the pages contained in it,and if I don’t want to either.

I printed off the PC Pandora trial instruction, etc. The title/name and date appeared on the printing record and also on the History. Help me delete it quickly.
