I fits a windows based pc all you have to do is run the installation cd that came with it then follow the directions. If you dont have the cd you can download the installation drivers from the Hewlett Packard website.

You probably need a refill on the ink. If you haven’t already, go through the alignment process, but chances are good that you have an empty cartridge if the images look ok in black and white but not in color.
