HP Deskjet printer buying guide

OK well I am using microsoft office word 2007 and I need to print a document but it WONT PRINT. I have put it online and made it my default printer but nothing. I tried to print it on serveral other softwares as well. I know I can do it because I done it last night. I think the problem is that there is a document and it says its printing and then I can’t delete it It just says deleting and for ages it just says that. How do I fix this

trying to setup my new printer to my computer. first error message i got was USB Device not recognised, then it asked me to tick the continue box and set up usb later i did this.
all went well till nearing completion when i got a fatal error - internal error 2738 message .
Then a files needed box appeared telling me.
The file ‘UNIRES.DII’ on P313 en ww.cab is needed
in the same box below this was a direction.
Type the Path where the file is located and then click Ok
I couldn’t even shut down my computer after this and had to pull the power plug. Hope some one out there has a lot more knowledge about my problem than i do.

Because the ink is not in the centre of the printer, I cannot get to the ink for changing. The manual doesn’t give any help as to how this can be solved
