So I have an HP printer and HP photosmart Essential program. I just took like 400 pictures, and only like 100 downloaded. When I try to import more pics, a message comes up sayign “an error has occurred while saving images. Check device connection and try again.” Iv already restarted my computer and printer, so how do I import the rest of my pics?? iv already tried like 10 times but it wont work. HELP

I have a HP deskjet 460 and I cant seem to set it up to print wireless. If any one could help please write in non technical terms so that I can read it. Such things as the network key or the IP address would not be easily understood. (and i do not want AD-HOC)

Enigma,
I’ve used different USB ports but still having the same problem with booting up the sysem with printer connected.. You suggested getting a new USB cable. Why would I need a new one if it works after I plug the cable in after I have booted up the system.
Also do you think the printer I installed could be too sophisicated for my computer to make the connection? They are both HP’s.

I’ve got an HP Photosmart All-in-One printer. My computer says that it’s connected to the printer. But the printer says the “USB is not connected”. That’s a lie. I’ve got the USB plugged into both the computer and the printer. Ugh! What’s wrong?
