Do your prints look ok with refill inks? I’d always go for the genuine HP ink over refills. Not only do I get quality prints, but there’s a recent independent study commissioned by HP revealing that the original inks yield 2.4x more prints that refill ones.

My boss has a hp photosmart 7350 series. Everything was working fine with printing colored documents (mostly the headers on my boss’s letterhead) and then the other day he installed an Adobe update and I’m not sure if that is related to this but since then all the header colors are coming out not faded looking but instead in almost pastel versions of what they’re SUPPOSE to be.
I told him the color ink cartridge must be low but he said he had replaced it not too long ago and he usually gets a message on his computer when it’s running out
