need disk for hp deskjet 3320

i have a HP Photosmart D7360 printer, i have a jam and its saying is its a “carriage jam” so i opened it up and i see nothing in there, i also opened the back of it! i see nothing at all in it and it still says its jammed, yes i turned it off and back on, unplugged it and everything, so if anybody has any advice please help me!

When I open the top cover of printer, carriage is at the left side.
