HP Deskjet printer buying guide

I’ve done everything I was suppose to. I just can’t get my printer and computer to locate each other. I’m using wireless, has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it?

When I print from one of my computers, the printer doesn’t respond, but there is no error message. The other computers work fine though. On the print menu, beside status, it says that there are nine documents waiting. Why isn’t it printing these documents.

I have this same problem. To get the printer to work again, I uninstall all HP programs, then download the full feature software and downloads from the HP website.
I re-install using this software, and it works for a while. But it still uninstalls on its own, unexpectedly.
There is a driver update for this problem on the HP site, but it doesn’t seem to work for me.
