Check out the same place you got the drivers.
HP usually has everything you need on their site. Just type in the model number.

Ok this could be because ythe settings on the printer are incorrect. Go to Control Panel and Printers then right click your printer and select Printing Preferences then select the Paper/Quality tab and select the tray you want your printer to print from. If this is not the issue then it could simply be because your tray is overloaded. Perhaps you put too much paper in your printer. Try taking some out and see if it’ll print then. If not you could possibly have a paper jam and you’ll want to open the printer up and see if there’s any paper stuck inside. Hope this helps.
