HP Deskjet printer buying guide

I can’t find any paper jam. Each time I print a page, I have to open the rear door, then click OK to say there is no jam. Then it will print another page. Also, I have to put in one sheet of paper at a time or it won’t feed the paper. With photo paper, I can only put in one sheet at a time, but at least it doesn’t say paper jam after each print. The printer is only 2 months old and I’m very frustrated. Can anyone help with this?

Try to update driver. Drivers are available on line. If it does not helps it must be technical problem. Fixing printer sometimes might cost more than by new.

On Mac OSX 10.3.9 (G4) since installing Creative Suite 2, both HP Photosmart 7760 and HP Deskjet 5550 will only print one page at a time in Indesign. All other CS2 programs print fine. Most frustrating!
I’ve already run FontDoctor to check for corrupt fonts.
I’ve downloaded and installed the latest printer drivers, but still no joy.
I’ve been researching for days, but no advice I’ve found so far has helped. Sure hope someone else has encountered this problem and successly resolved it.

I have the HP Photosmart 3180 all-in-one scanner/copier/printer, and when I go to scan something, it scans it all fine, etc. but then it closes the HP Scanning program automatically – so it has to restart every time I want to scan something. This is fine if I’m just scanning one or two things, but when I’m sitting and scanning for hours, it’s frustrating and wastes time.
Help!

I have tried resetting the factory defaults. I have unplugged and replugged. There has to be something that will reset my photosmart printer? Thanks for your help.
