I have not sold stuff on eBay in a while, but I have sold a lot, and when I print out shipping labels through PayPal, it used to print them almost the size of half of a page. I just sold a bunch of stuff and I am trying to print labels but it is printing them super small. (2.5 Inches by 1.5 Inches) Is this just a new size for the Post Office or is my printer being dumb, or am I being dumb? I have an HP Photosmart 7550. I printed something on word, and it printed normally.

It depends on how it is connected. If there is a router between your computer and the printer, then the router should dinamically assign the IP number, and that information is available from the router.
If they are connected through a hub, try (Windows XP)
Start | Execute
cmd (enter)
arp -a (enter)
