Your printer should have contained the Printer, Power Cable, Starter Ink, and a CD (plus documentation). A great deal of people tend to read their documentation as it details the installation process far better than anyone here can. But sometimes a problem exists where the person can not read or can not read tha lanugage it’s printed in.
I will tell you the best way to handle your issue…
Insert your Driver CD that came with your printer. Do not plug your printer up yet (u should either have purchased a USB cable or one should have been provided to you with the printer).
Let the software install and when IT tells you too, only then should you plug in your printer to the PC.
Let the software complete the installation process and then do a few test prints from your favorite software.

An error message pops stating the printer head is jammed. I have tried removing the top and cleaning but in vain

I think your driver failure.
you may need to re-install the driver
if there is problem with spooler
then do the following
1.go to control panel –> Administrative Tools —> SERVICES
2.Find a entry called Printer Spooler
3.look on the left plane.
4.First Stop the spooler and wait for sometime and then Re-start it.
this may work and speed up the printing.
if problem still persists contact your dealer or retailer

I have a new computer with pre-installed Windows Vista. When I plugged the printer in, a dialog box appeared called “Add New Hardware”. I followed the directions on the screen and the driver was successfully installed. But when I tried to print something, I went to the Print Queue and the document was already queued and has a status of “Printing”. After few seconds, the status went to “Deleting…” and it was gone. And I tried it again and again but the same thing happened every time! How can I use my printer with Windows Vista?

the printer is working really well before. I installed a different driver because the driver that was installed before which i downloaded from the internet causes virus.
Now im using a hp 3320 driver for my 3325 printer.
I tried printing the test page and it was really fine but when i opened a document from MS word and notepad and printed. It seems that it’s running out of ink. Why is that so when i just bought a new cartridge few days ago?
Anyone please help!!
