Canon compare the wrong products. Canon should compare IPF820 with hp designJet T1200. Then you see who’s faster. Whereas Canon is still using old technology spooling still sits on the pc. Whereas hp designJet T series across the board all spools file is done inside the printer itself.

Well it’s nice to see that you’ve done your homework edwincheavunken…..the iPF820 has a inbuilt 80Gb hard drive to spool the images, it’s not done on the PC as you claim! It’s all on the Canon site if you care to check!! Old habits die hard when it comes to changing your tech’ but the Canon’s are blazing a trail……..Have a look at the new iPF815 and iPF825 while you’re at it!
