Severe Printer Jam. Please Help?

i own a HP deskjet 712c
its jammed super bad. i was printing a document and the second page just stopped. i tryyed pulling it out but the page jsut ripped. I really need some help i dont know what to do.

you can open the back of the printer.
unplug the printer turn it around and undo the latch gently pry out paper

ive done that. i either printed another page, or i slowly pulled i(EXTRA SLOW) until it gave in…

Is there a feed button? Pull it all out till there’s none left. Open up the top.
