Printing Problem?

how come everytime i try to print something from safari or GIMP on my HP Photosmart C5280 printer,, it always shows up as these weird symbols and stuff??? what the heck??!?!?
like it prints stuff like this;
% ! PS-Adobe-3.0
%RBINNumCopies: 1
%%Pages: (atend)
%APL_DSC_Encoding: UTF8

It appears that Acrobat seems to have some printing issues with Safari.
Try to use the Acrobat update utility to download and install the latest Acrobat patch.
While you should be able to download the software you need, be sure to quit all other programs before running the update.

Since I have not actually seen your printer or computer it is hard for me to help. Try calling staples. There in the copy center the will tell you the answer.
