Printer Says It’s ‘offline’ Help?

My f***ing printer says it is offline! it is a Hp Photosmart D7263 by the way. I HAVE ALREADY DISCONNECTED AND RECONECTED IT AND UNNSTALLED AND REINSTALLED IT AND DONE ALL OF THAT STUFF… it works for about 2 days and then it happens again! i can’t fix it!
Can any one help?? best answer tonight!

Hi Megan
Go in the File menu and check off the ‘Offline’ status.

Disconnect USB cable
Open printer folder from Control panel
highlight the printer
Press DELETE and then confirm (repeat for any COPY drives for same printer)
Turn off PC
reconnect USB lead
power on again
Windows will see the printer and reinstall the driver for it.

New Solution, try getting new drivers from hp.http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/produ…
You can look there in the solution center for your problem. I’m sure some one else has had it also.

umm leave it unplugged for a few days and like maybe it is running low on ink. good luck
