Please Help!! Hp Photosmart 3210 Printer Won’t Scan!?

My HP Photosmart 3210 All-in-One printer is having problems scanning…the error message reads “No Scan Option” refer to device documentation to troubleshoot. I don’t think I saved the papers it came with…anyone have any ideas on how to fix it??
