Just go in your Start menu and you should see HP and click on it. You should see HP Registration and if you click on it, it will take you to the site automatically.

when i installed my hp printer it took me straight to the hp registration site, you can just go to hp solutions and click on register my hp photosmart printer

It would probably be best to register your HP printer at the Dell website.
