Need Help With My Hp Deskjet D2300 Series Printer?

OK well I am using microsoft office word 2007 and I need to print a document but it WONT PRINT. I have put it online and made it my default printer but nothing. I tried to print it on serveral other softwares as well. I know I can do it because I done it last night. I think the problem is that there is a document and it says its printing and then I can’t delete it It just says deleting and for ages it just says that. How do I fix this

You mean a print job stuck in a print queue? You could access the print queue by
Start >> Control Panel >> Printers
then double click on your printer….it should list a queue of print jobs. select the one you want to delete and press the delete button
Alternatively, you could shut down power of both your machine and your printer. Switch them back on after 5 minutes, all jobs on the memory should be cleared.

Turn off your printer at its switch, wait a bit and turn on again. That usually does the trick – sometimes they seem to hang like that.
Failing that, save your document & reboot your system.

go in to printers and faxs and remove your printer. then reboot
pc will find and reinstall
