my hp photosmart c5180 won’t print! i saw that there was one document trying to print, so i deleted it, and it won’t delete! it doesn’t even have an error message on the printer. i have windows vista if that makes a difference

turn your printer and computer off.
disconnect the printer from the computer.
unplug the printer.
hold the power button in plug the printer in maintain holding the power button in till the printer cycles completely.this will reset the printer.
turn the printer off ,reconnect it to the computer .
power then both up.

well, first you have to make sure the printer is compatible with windows vista. If it’s not, then you have to buy a new printer.

Try restarting your computer. My printer has done that too, but i have windows xp.
(and consider upgrading to windows xp when you get a chance

i would clear the printer cue and restart your computer, but make sure that you unplug your printer from the computer, if that doesn’t work, then take it to the place where you got it and ask them to fix it.
