   Check The cartridge if u have removed the cover..

   Have you looked in the Printer’s settings, to print in either colour or grayscale? Did you change it to colour and save it. Have you got the instruction manual, and if so, have you read it?
   If you have done all that, and it still refuses to print in colour, then you have a printer fault. Take it back to where you got it from.

   That’s what you get for buying an HP (Hardware Pathetic) Printer.
   HP printers are nice on the outside but suck on the inside where the work gets done.
   Their tech’s answer is to “give you a really good deal on a new printer”. Tell HP to shove their printer and buy a reliable Epson printer next time.

   have you change your printer setting to colour instead of grey-scale?
   if yes, but problem still same, advice to install drivers again.
   if still can’t work, contact hp online.
