My Ink Cartridge Is Still Half-filled But Its Printing Sucks!?

i already used the clean cartridge utility but nothing happened.
What could be the problem??
im using hp deskjet 3325 with hp deskjet 3320 driver

It sounds that you have not used your printer since long or have wiped the head of the ink cartridge. Try this solution it may help you.
1- Dip the cartridge in hot water for 5 - 10 minutes (initially).
2- Then clean the head with tissue. Do not wipe the head just put the tissue paper on the head in order to absorb the water from the head.
3- Place the dry tissue on the head and shake the cartridge see the tissue if it had the black spots or color spots. If not then repeat the procedure from No. 1

go to http://www.hp.com/help
It will say “Sorry” … ignore that and at the right where it says SEARCH type in : cleaning cartridges . hit Enter and then find your model number.

cleaning does not always fix the problem, If you haven’t used the printer in a very long time (more than one month) the clogging may be permanent. This means no amount of cleaning will get it printing well again. Your best bed it to go out and replace the cartridge.
In the future run a print head cleaning every 2-3 weeks (as is recommended by most manuals) to prevent the cartirdges from drying out in the future.

Remove you cartridges and clean them off real good with a Qtip & isopropel alcohol ( rubbing alcohol ). Used to have to do that with Epson carts., worked every time.

Try cleaning the print head, via Utilities.

align the cartridges? look for an option somewhere in printer software
