My Hp Deskjet F4235 All-in-one Scanner Isn’t Working?

I already re-installed it, and also updated the driver, and it still isn’t working.
It was working fine a few months back, and now it just blinks, but nothing happens.
My printer’s working fine, and it prints out right away when I need to.
Is there something else I need to do to make the scanner scan again?

Un-install all the software and power on the HP. Now, disconnect the USB cable from the HP and do a fresh install.
You will re-connect the USB to the scanner only when the program asks you and not before. Let it finish setup and REBOOT the computer.
Windows will tell you if tound new hardware and it will work. Click on HP Solution Center in the START menu and you are set.

If you are using your printer on a network or sharing it on a home network, then there is a possibility that your scanner will not work. If that’s not the case, try to scan using Paint. Open paint, then click File, then click From Scanner or Camera. Hope this will work for you.
