It is possible that your document’s print settings specify no color. Correcting this depends on which operating system and word processor you use, but they’re all pretty similar, so maybe this example for Windows will help: select File, Print, Properties (toward top right of dialog box), click the color tab and make sure the radio button for “Print in Color” is checked.

Check your colour ink tank.Maybe its empty and you need to replace it.
