I’m Having A Problem Installing My Hp Deskjet 3930 To My Computer. Can Anyone Tell Me What I’m Doing Wrong.

I go to a cyber charter school and my old printer broke and they sent me a new one. When it came after a week I opened the box and there was no direction or cd installation. I hust want to get my printer to work.

http://www.hp.com and choose Drivers download, punch in the model and it will list the drivers for your version of Windows

Select the operating system you have and download the drivers you need.

it should be a usb plug and play turn it on and it should install it for you. If you need a driver go to the hp website.
