My printer CD installed HP Photosmart and HP Director so I’ve been using those to scan photos and stuff. But after a system recovery one time and I opened HP Image Zone it told me it couldnt open the .htm file even though it was there. So I stopped using it because I found another way to scan and print photos in my computer w/ another HP product (that came with my computer instead of my printer).
I read that PH Photosmart Essentials is the new version of Image Zone so I downloaded that. So my question is that now that I have photosmart essentials do I still need to keep the nonworking image zone program installed? Can I just uninstall every aspect of it including the HP director since i will no longer be using them anymore? Or If I do uninstall it is something ganna stop working?
