I Use The Hp 3900 Series Deskjet Printer,my Problem Is That I Cannot Delete The Document In Que?

What happens is that since i cannot delete the document in que.Everytime, I want to print a new document I get a print of the previous document in que.How do I delete the document in que suppose I haven’t finished printing all the pages contained in it,and if I don’t want to either.

go to START — SETTINGS —–PRINTER & FAXES –
double click on the Icon of your printer
right click on the pending job
select CANCEL PRINTING
wait for one minute
switch off the printer.
wait for a minute.
Restart printer.
