Your question is very vague. It could be numerous things, without more detailed description of your problem it is hard for anybody to help you. Is it plugged it? Is it properly attached to the computer? Is it turned on? Are the drivers installed correctly? It could be out of ink… It’s hard for anyone to guess.
Please provide more details and maybe we can help you better.

With the limited information provided, I would say the drivers are not installed correctly.
Go into your Printers/Fax menu, make sure your printer is there. If it is make sure it is set as the default printer. If it is in your Printer/Fax menu, you can right click on it and print a test page to see if it is working. If this information does not help, I will need more information to help you.

There can be many problems with your printer, but if you know your printer is working fine, it may be because you havent installed the lastes drivers.
