I Just Changed The Cartilage For My Home Printer(hp Deskjet F300 Series) And Its Printing Colors Purple!?

my printer would print the first 1/4 of the picture the normal color, but the rest would be a shade of purple! I just changed my cartilage a few days ago so i don’t know why this is happening.

Then were ever you got the printer from then take it back to the store and tell them that you want another printer because something is wronge with it and get a different printer and if that printer dont work then dont get know more printers from that store.

It’s probably out of black ink and is trying to compensate by using color ink that is as dark as possible – purple is the normal default for that.

I assume you have just changed the colour cartridge but it sounds like the black has also run out, change that one and all should be o.k
