I Just Bought A Hp Photosmart C5180 All-in-one?

and i got ink for it HP 02 and it’s brand new ink but the printer says “ink system has failed.unable to print. refer to printer documentation. error:0xc18a0306 turn power off then on again”
ive tuned it on and off and i have cleaned the ink cartage i need help

turn off printer, unplug from the wall, remove ink cartridges, clean connections like circuit, plug them in, turn on Printer again to see if you are having the same issue.
if so this printer may be damaged, check with manufacture or where you bought before warranty expires.
I had Lexmar almost the same issue never got to fix.

I had a similar problem, I returned the printer to the store the next day and asked for a new one. Haven’t had a problem since.
