What kind of software are you using that’s getting blank pages? It could be you’re trying to print something that requires a print language this printer doesn’t recognize.
Will it print a test page?
Need more details here about the print process steps you’re taking (what you are trying to print, in other words)
1. #1 action to take if this were my printer I’d reload the print driver
2. Have you recently installed an ink cartridge that was refilled? If so, that’s the problem. HP printers tend to reject generic cartridges (it’s HP’s way of making sure you buy genunine cartridges)
Your print cartridge is either dry or out of ink.
With those old girls after a few years the ink inside the cartridge becomes almost like a gel and unable to pass through the print head.
You just need to replace the cartridge.
