I Have A Hp Photosmart C3180 Which Won’t Print Properly?
Filed in Deskjet Help Forums on พ.ย..19, 2009
It won’t print in black or colour. Both cartridges were changed about 1 month ago. There also appears to be ink on the inside of the printer where the cartridges fit. I have tried all the obvious stuff but nothing’s happening. Are these just dud cartridges or is something else going on? Anyone got any advice??

have you been printing recently? if you haven’t printed for a month, the ink dry out and get clogged up in the output holes…. especially if you aren’t using the official cartridges
go to Start->Control Panel->Printers->Click on the printer
Printer-> Properties-> Printing Preferences-> Utility(or the last tab)->Head cleaning(or similar)……
if theres ink where the printer cartridges sit, you might have a leaky cartridge. If the cartridge’s original, go contact HP……

you need to switch off your printer and clean the excess ink away, 1. make sure your cartridge heads are clean , wipe with a soft tissue, 2.slot cartridges in until you hear them click, 3.ensure your printer & wiring are conected to your p.c use your printer directions booklet,4.check your printer is programed to connect to your p.c.5. if all fails switch everything off and start from the beginning with your p.c and printer ( CHECK ALL WIRING CONNECTIONS )
