I Can’t Get The Replacement Ink Cartridges To Go Into The Space In The Printer.?
Filed in Deskjet Help Forums on ม.ค..07, 2010
I have an HP Photosmart C3150 All-in-One. I have replaced them before. I have the right replacement (92-93) and I have followed the directions. The computer says there is no ink; I know that because it won’t go in and click and stay there. The black one especially just falls back out! I feel stupid and I’m frustrated. Help!

Make sure the strips are there.
And are you 100% sure its the right cartridge?
Make sure its 100% Genuine HP.

When you put in the new cartridge, push the cartridge in until it clicks into place. The color should be on the left and the black should be on the right.

Make sure you are putting them in the right places. Both cartridges will fit in the others spot, but they will not lock into place.
When in doubt bring the printer (plus power cord) to where you bought them at, and have them show you. I have done that before.

Have you removed the protection strips from the contacts and head?
