I Can’t Download The Cd To Start My Printer Working. I Can’t Find The Printer In The List.?

i just bought the hp photosmart d7160. I loaded the disk but it won’t download into the computer. When the box pops up asking for the printer model there is no printer listed to match mine.

download the driver and run the .exe file

Click on the below link, and it’ll take you to the page for your printer, at which you can download the software driver for it.

If there is a driver fort he 7100 series that will be the correct driver.

Go onto HP and download the actaly software for the printer. check if they have a copy to download if not call hp and ask for a new disk and they should help you
