I Am Trying To Print On A Hp Deskjet 970cxi And The First Red Light Is Blinking. The Printer Will Not Pring?

This light is above a symbol that I cannot decipher. I thought it meant the printer needed to be refilled. I did that and still blinking. There is no button under the light. What should I do?
